The Board of Directors of Triple

Bryan has over 30 years' property

Managing Director of ColdSpring, which provides consultancy
services to institutional investors and private client family
offices. He is also a Governor of George Heriot's Trust, a

Bryan has held a number of development, investment and asset
management positions, including as Development Director and
latterly Head of Asset Management at Halladale plc. In 2015, Bryan
established Drum Income Plus REIT plc and was its Fund Manager up
to November 2021. Bryan is a Chartered Surveyor and is a fellow of
the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
There are no other details that are
required to be disclosed in respect of Rule 6.4.8 of the Financial
Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
Chris Phillips, Ian Reeves and Peter
Coward are each approaching the end of their nine-year tenure in
2026, and therefore the Board has developed a Succession Plan to
ensure a gradual refresh of the Board. Bryan Sherriff's appointment
is part of this process and he will replace Ian Reeves who will
step down at the 2025 AGM following an orderly handover.
Chris Phillips, Chair of the
Company, commented:
"We are very pleased to welcome
Bryan Sherriff as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the
Board. He has valuable experience in property development,
investment and asset management, and we look forward to working
with him."
As announced yesterday, following
the signing of the new alternative investment fund management
agreement, an application has been made to change the Company's
name to "Social Housing REIT plc". A further announcement will be
made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.14(R)(1) in due course.
