RESULTS OF 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
London, UK - 28 April 2021 : Spirent Communications plc ("the
Company") (LSE: SPT), the leading provider of test, assurance, and
analytics solutions for next-generation devices and networks,
announces that at the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("2021 AGM") of
the Company held earlier today all resolutions as set out in the
Notice of 2021 AGM dated 24 March 2021 were duly passed by
shareholders on a poll.

3. Entitlement to attend and vote at the 2021 AGM, and the
number of votes which may be cast at the 2021 AGM, have been
determined by reference to the Company's register of members at
6.30pm on 26 April 2021. Voting instructions can be changed at any
time prior to a poll being demanded, and a shareholder having
lodged a proxy is still entitled to attend the meeting and vote
their shares themselves as they see fit.
A copy of the resolutions passed as special business
(resolutions 16 to 19 inclusive) has been submitted to the FCA
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection at
