The Company notifies that it will now announce its preliminary results on Thursday 10 April and not on 31 March as previously announced. The short delay is a result of the ongoing discussions with One Fifty One plc, which have delayed the completion of the year end audit process.

Trading in the year to date remains in line with management's expectations.
