Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") has been informed that James Stutelberg, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 5,556 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 2 August 2018 under the terms of the Tate & Lyle PLC Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), at a purchase price of 633.97 pence per Share.
