Resignation of NOMAD

The Company announces that finnCap, the Company's NOMAD, has resigned with immediate effect.

The Company was suspended from trading on 31 March 2015. Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules, in the event that a NOMAD is not appointed within a month, the Company's admission to trading will be cancelled.
