Various Eateries confirms that it has posted to shareholders the annual report and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 2 October 2022, and a notice convening the annual general meeting of the Company. A copy of the annual report and accounts can be accessed on the Company's website at www.variouseateries.co.uk .

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 9am on 29 March 2023 at Tavolino, 2 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2DB.
