Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 10 March 2017, it purchased 225,829 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.11 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 54,030,319 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 10,376,785 Treasury Shares.
