Net Asset Value - Diluted

The relationship of the net assets attributable to each share in issue. Net assets is the total assets less the total liabilities. Diluted net asset value per share figure shows the net assets per common share after assuming the exercise of all outstanding warrants and stock options, and the conversion of convertible bonds and preferred stock, all potentially dilutive securities. This NAV figure is usually available only for Investment and Insurance Companies and is expressed in pence (currency being GBP).
