Not sure how it jumps from May to 2028. 240 - 270 days from say February/March is almost 2026 and then you need DOE approval too, which will take some time.

In our eyes that seems like forever, but for the company it’s just what they gotta do and comes with the territory.

But of course, without hesitation.

Tons of OTC stocks have this they trade just fine.... 

Don't confuse yourself for calling out the truth as anything else but being real. Eric has misled, mispresented and has been dishonest at times. Plain and simple.


If he announced $100 mil sales at 20% profit and it was real, I would say congratulations. I would be very happy.

It seems clear based on the SEC approval of the $100M shelf regestration effective in less than a week that the SEC has no issues.
Likely getting through the NYSE approval process now, but with the holidays that process slowed down and I'm sure there has been some back and forth.
