Block Listing Six Monthly Return
Hummingbird Resources plc (AIM: HUM), announces the following
update on its block admission of shares, potentially subject to
relevant performance criteria, to be issued to holders of options
granted as part of the Company's incentive schemes. This update is
regulatory and is required every six months under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Between 11 March 2023 to 11 September 2023, 1,539,212 ordinary
share options lapsed in that period. As such, the balance under the
schemes of securities not issued at the end of the period subject
to the block admission totalled 23,843,944 ordinary shares.
