Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that
it was notified on 24 August 2023 that Christine Shillington, PDMR
and People & Sustainability Director, exercised options over
1,361 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") on 23 August 2023, under the Company's 2020 Save As You
Earn Scheme (the 2020 "SAYE" Scheme), at an exercise price of 793
pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transaction, Christine Shillington's
interest in the Company is 1,858 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.005% of the issued share capital.
