Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. purchased on the open market 100 shares of its common
stock at a price of $1.08 per share on 4 April 2003, 2,000 shares at 1.20 per
share on 7 April 2003 and 3,800 shares at 1.1942 per share on 8 April 2003.
