Information on the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares (Article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007)

Celyad Oncology (Euronext: CYAD) (the “Company” or “Celyad
Oncology”), today announces that 6,500,000 shares of CFIP CLYD (UK)
Limited benefit from a double voting right as of December 8, 2023.
As a result, the Company’s total number of voting rights is now
50,296,947.
This information is published in accordance with
Article 15 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of
major participations in issuers whose shares are admitted to
trading on a regulated market and regarding miscellaneous
provisions.
