Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 11, 2011 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores .

By letter dated November 11, 2011, the Company reported that a dividend will be paid to all registered shareholders at the Caja de Valores on November 18, 2011. The dividend corresponds to a gross dividend of Ps. 0.12848350914 (Argentine peso ) per share (Ps.1.2848350914 per ADR) and will be paid in Argentina on November 21, 2011.

Tax withholding is not applicable.
