By letter dated December 22, 2011, the Company reported that Eduardo Sergio Elsztain Chairman of the Company will take a leave of absence from December 27, 2011, until December January 2, 2012, and that Saul Zang Vice-Chairman of the company will also take a leave of absence from December 23, 2011 until January 16, 2012.
