Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 23, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of DatChat, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the removal of Gabriel Daniels from his position as Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Daniels’ removal was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, the Company’s management or the Board.  

Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On February 23, 2024, the Board approved the removal of Gianfranco Lopane from his position as Head of Business Development, effective immediately. Mr. Lopane’s removal was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, the Company’s management or the Board.
