ECARX Announces Board Change

ECARX Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ECX) (“ECARX” or the “Company”), a
global mobility tech provider, today announced the appointment of
Mr. Zenggang Liu as a director of the Company, effective on January
13, 2025, to replace Mr. Tao Li, who has tendered his resignation
as a director of the Company effective on the same day due to
personal reasons.
Mr. Liu joined Baidu in 2014 and currently serves as the deputy
general manager of Baidu Maps. He oversees Baidu Maps’ open
platform business and navigation business, and has amassed
substantial experience in the mapping industry. Mr. Liu received a
bachelor's degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and a
master's degree Northeastern University.
