On March 19, 2012, Harris Interactive Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has established a share repurchase plan, intended to comply with the requirements of Rules 10b5-1 and 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
