Matav Announces the Upcoming Departure of CEO of the Merged Operations of the Israeli Cable Companies

NETANYA, Israel, April 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Matav-Cable
Systems Media Ltd. (NASDAQ:MATV)(TASE:MATV) announced today that
Mr. Ram Belinkov, the CEO of the merged operations of Matav and the
other two Israeli cable companies (operating under the brand name
"Hot"), has decided to leave his position. He is expected to remain
in his position until a replacement is found. Mr. Srebernik,
Matav's Chairman of the Board and CEO, commented "On behalf of

his remarkable contribution to Hot, the merged operations of the
