On July 28, 2016, Qlik Technologies Inc. (“Qlik”) issued a press release regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016. The press release, which includes information regarding Qlik’s use of non-GAAP financial measures, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
