Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On December 2, 2024, U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security released new interim final rules adding new companies to the U.S. Entity List and further regulating the export of certain semiconductor capital equipment products and services to China-based customers (the “2024 BIS Rules”). The 2024 BIS Rules are complex, and we are still reviewing their application to our products and services.

 

Based on our preliminary review, we do not expect that the application of the 2024 BIS Rules will have a material impact on our China-based business.
