today announced that it will hold its 2024 annual general meeting
of shareholders (the "Meeting") on December
27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
(Beijing Time). The meeting will be held at Room 26A1-26A5, East
Tower, Hanwei Building, No. 7 Guanghua Road, Chaoyang District,
Beijing, China. The shareholder
record date is November 27, 2024. A

The purpose of the Meeting is to amend the Company's memorandum
and articles of association currently in effect by the adoption of
a new memorandum and articles of association to reflect the change
in the ratio of its American depositary shares ("ADSs") to
Class A ordinary shares, which was made effective on
