2024 annual meeting. Shareholders approved the following
proposals:
- The election of Wendy Montoya
Cloonan, Earl M. Cummings,
Barbara J. Duganier, Christopher H. Franklin, Raquelle W. Lewis, Thaddeus J. Malik, Theodore F. Pound, Ricky
A. Raven, Phillip R. Smith,
Barry T. Smitherman, and
Jason P. Wells to serve on the
company's Board of Directors for one-year terms;
- The ratification of the appointment of Deloitte & Touche
LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm
for 2024; and
- An advisory resolution on the compensation paid to the
company's named executive officers as disclosed in the proxy
statement.
