Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. said Peter Arduini will step
down as chief executive at the end of 2021 to accept the role of
president and CEO of GE Healthcare.
The company said its board of directors has begun a formal
search for a new president and CEO, and has appointed a special
committee to direct the search and transition process.
The company has hired executive search firm Heidrick &
Struggles Inc. to assist in the search.
The process, which the board expects to conclude this year, will
include internal and external candidates, Integra said. Mr. Arduini
will remain president and CEO through Dec. 31 or until a new
president and CEO has been named.
