--Antitrust regulators in the European Union are slated to make a decision on International Business Machine Corp.'s (IBM) bid for Red Hat Inc. (RHT) by June 27, Reuters reports Tuesday.

--IBM said last year it agreed to buy software-and-services company Red Hat for about $33 billion.

--The deal has already received approval from U.S. authorities, the report said, and earlier this year Red Hat shareholders voted to approve the deal.
