--SAP SE hired Moelis & Co. to help it sell corporate learning business Litmos, Reuters reported, citing three anonymous sources, who say the unit could fetch more than $1 billion.

--Moelis, Reuters reported, is to start an auction process, focusing on technology-focused private-equity funds in the U.S. and Europe.

--Representatives for SAP and Moelis declined to comment, Reuters said.
