Application has been made for 197,500 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the
London Stock Exchange. The shares are being issued following the recent
acquisition of Freehold Managers PLC, as announced on 24 September 2003, at a
price of 350p per share.


The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 30 September 2003.
