                      Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Company has changed its accounting reference date to 30 June from 31
December.

Accordingly the Company will announce interim results for the six months to 31
December 2003 prior to 31 March 2004 and will then prepare and issue audited
report and accounts for the eighteen months to 30 June 2004.
