Alphinat Mourns the Loss of Marcel Cote, a Director of the Company

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 28, 2014) - Alphinat Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:NPA) is saddened to learn of the loss of Marcel Côté this past Sunday.

"Marcel was a strong supporter and shareholder of Alphinat from the beginning. He remained close to the company regularly volunteering advice," said Michel Lemoine, Chairman of the Board of Alphinat. "On February 26, 2014, he joined Alphinat's board of Directors to play a more active role with the Company. We have lost a great friend and collaborator."
