NISKU, AB, Nov. 23 /CNW/ -- NISKU, AB, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - Wood Composite Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: WCT) (the "Company") announced the release of its financial and operating results for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 (the "Interim Financial Statements").  The Interim Financial Statements have been filed today via SEDAR and are accessible at www.sedar.com. Further to its previous announcement on November 5, 2010 relating to management's actions to reduce expenses and preserve cash, the Company's Board of Directors has determined to cease all active operations for both of the Company's subsidiaries, Millennium Decking Inc. and Millennium Decking (USA) Inc.  At this time, management is exploring its options for producing and marketing its composite products.  In the interim, the Company will directly market its inventory. The Company also announced that Mr. Peter Inglis has resigned as its Corporate Secretary and that John Greenwood, the President and CEO, has been appointed to the position.
