Information necessary for the filing of a complete and accurate Form 10-K could not be gathered and reviewed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense to the Company.

 

The Company anticipates that the Form 10-K for the year ended October 31, 2018 will be filed as soon as practicable and no later than Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
