CaixaBank SA said late Sunday it will acquire Allianz SE's 8.4% stake in Banco BPI S/A ahead of a planned delisting of the Portuguese bank from the Lisbon stock market. CaixaBank said late Sunday it would acquire the stake, not on Monday.
