Caixabank SA said Wednesday that its Chief Business Officer Juan Alcaraz is to leave the company.

The Spanish bank added that it has appointed to its management board Jaume Masana as head of retail, business and private banking, alongside Maria Vicens as head of digital transformation, and Jordi Nicolau as head of payments and consumer.

The three new appointees will take over, among others, the duties of Mr. Alcaraz, Caixabank said.

Mr. Alcaraz joined Caixabank in 2007 under its previous incarnation La Caixa, the lender said.
