renewable energy companies is taking a new name to prepare for a
corporate merger and emergence as a publicly traded company later
this year.
Clean Green Energy LLC today announced that the renewable energy
company will now go forward with the new name of CGE Energy.

CGE Energy is taking steps to merge with McKenzie Bay
International in 2014. The name change reflects the company's
ever-expanding energy solution offerings, including Power Purchase
Agreements that eliminate the cost of entry for installing
renewable generation and energy efficiency technologies.
The name change also reflects the size, strength, and diversity
of CGE Energy, making the company's Integrated Energy Solutions the
cornerstone for worldwide branding.
CGE's energy and maintenance customers will not experience any
changes to their services or agreements as a result of this name
change. The company's website will now be www.cgeenergy.com and
their e-mail addresses domains will also be @cgeenergy.com to
reflect and strengthen the CGE Energy brand. The old e-mail
addresses and web URLs will continue to be operational for the
foreseeable future.
