Electricite de France SA (EDF.FR) has signed an agreement with Capgemini SE (CAP.FR) and Dassault Systemes SE (DSY.FR) for the digital transformation of its nuclear engineering, the companies said in a joint statement Wednesday.

The partnership is geared toward digitalizing plant-engineering projects in order strengthen performance and improve competitiveness, the companies said.

Under the 20-year agreement, EDF will use Dassault Systemes's 3DExperience platform, while Capgemini will provide consulting, technology and systems-integration services.
