Camposol Holding Plc will announce the results for the first quarter of 2013 on Thursday 16 May 2013.   In connection with the release, a telephone conference will be held at 4:00 p.m. (CET - Central European Time), as described below. 

The results will be published at 08:00 a.m. CET and will be available on the Company's website and the Oslo Børs website (ticker: CSOL).
