announced today it has signed a non-exclusive distributorship
agreement (the "Distributorship Agreement") with MegaHub Limited
("MegaHub") in relation to the continued growth of its financial
information distribution business in the Greater China region.
Pursuant to the Distributorship Agreement, MegaHub will act as a
non-exclusive distributor of CWN's financial information in the
Greater China territory, including
China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. CWN has built a substantial database
of financial information, including a database of public companies
listed in North America, market
news, commentary, and investors' tool, all of which is translated
in Chinese and packaged for distribution to third parties. Third
party clients are based in North
America and Greater China
and include users, such as financial firms, as well as online and
offline distributors.
