SmartVideo and ICOA Sign National Live and On-Demand Video Distribution Agreement

national distribution agreement with SmartVideo Technologies
(OTC:SMVD.OB) (BULLETIN BOARD: SMVD.OB) . Under terms of the
agreement, ICOA will offer SmartVideo's live and on-demand video at
ICOA owned and operated hotspots, including those using the
LinkSpot and iDock brands. In addition, ICOA will offer SmartVideo
content to its wholesale customers as a new offering by ICOA
through its operating companies. With a combined retail and managed
footprint of over 1,500 locations, ICOA hotspot users will have
live and on-demand mobile video content available for their laptop
computers, cell phones and PDAs. The service is expected to be
