NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the global data and IP services arm of Fortune Global 500 telecom leader NTT (NYSE: NTT), and TalkTalk Business, a leading provider of broadband and phone services, announced today that both companies are teaming up to expand and improve broadband access services in the United Kingdom. The two providers will leverage complementary strengths in wholesale IP transit and access lines to expand the coverage of their networks and further enhance the service experience for their customers.

A December 2015 report from Ofcom, the independent regulator and competition authority for UK communications, stated that 78% of the UK's households have an internet connection of some sort. According to Choose, a consumer information site, the vast majority of these households - almost 90% - get online through one of four big UK ISPs, TalkTalk being one of them. This collaboration with NTT Com will better position TalkTalk Business to meet and exceeds its customers’ expectations in this very highly competitive market.
