Technovative Group, Inc., (the “Company”) is in the process of preparing its consolidated financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2018. The Company is not able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2018 on a timely basis without incurring undue hardship and expense, as the Company engaged a new independent registered accounting firm, RBSM LLP, effective as of November 5, 2018 for the period ended September 30, 2018. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company endeavors to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
