US National Telecom, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: USNL) announces that the Company has entered into multiple contract offers to acquire investment properties throughout Central Florida.

The offers have been made through the subsidiary of US National Telecom, Inc. The sellers have on average 2-5 days to reply to the offer and then the Company will decide to either counter offer or move onto other options available. The types of properties are zoned residential that can be leased relatively quickly and do not require any major modifications. The locations of the properties stretch from the Tampa Bay area to North Central Florida.

CEO Rebecca Guthrie stated, "The Company is moving forward with its real estate acquisition plan as mentioned in its previous announcements. The homes that we have made offers on are at least half the price they were back in 2007. The extreme depreciation in value means that these residential investment properties have the ability to offer significant returns on our investment."

US National Telecom, through its subsidiary Florida Bay Investments, Inc., plans to invest in cash flow properties in multiple real estate markets throughout Florida. The markets that have been targeted include Gainesville, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, and Jacksonville, Florida. Further acquisitions in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Palm Beach, Florida are also being considered in the due diligence currently underway.
