             EUR 5,000,000 Secured Fixed Rate Credit Linked Notes due May 2008 Series 2001-6 (the "Notes")


                                                Re: Redemption of Notes









The Issuer wishes to advise that pursuant to Condition 7(b)(ii) (as amended by
the Special Conditions) an Underlying Assets Redemption Event has occurred and
the Notes were redeemed in whole for the Early Redemption Liquidation Amount
(Euro5,289,400) on the Underlying Assets Redemption Event Date (24 October 2005).



Following completion of the redemption no Notes are outstanding and accordingly,
the Notes will be delisted from the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange.
