Publication of Final Terms

Nomura Bank International plc (the "Issuer") announces that it is offering a series of securities (the "Securities") of up to EUR 5,000 000 Certificates linked to Eurostoxx 50 Index due 2015 pursuant to its Note, Certificate and Warrant Programme dated 27 August 2010 as supplemented. The final terms (the "Final Terms") in respect of the Securities are available for viewing.

The Final Terms will be made available to investors free of charge upon request during normal business hours from Monday to Friday each week (public holidays excepted) from and including 10 January 2011 (the date of the commencement of the offer period in respect of the Series of securities) at the registered offices of:

(a) Nomura Bank International plc, being at Nomura House, 1 St. Martin's-le-Grand, London, EC1A 4NP; and

(b) Nomura International plc, being at Nomura House, 1 St. Martin's-le-Grand, London, EC1A 4NP.

Copies of the Final Terms will also be made available on the Issuer's website, a link to which is available at the end of this announcement. A copy of the Final Terms has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
