Resignation of Director

Swan Housing Capital plc (the Company") wish to announce that James King has resigned from the Board of the Company effective from 24 December 2021.

Pat Billingham, Chair of the Board, commented: " James King, our Group Finance Director, is leaving the business in December after more than nine years of committed and dedicated service. The Board would like to thank James for his hard work and support throughout his time with Swan."

Mr. King does not hold any shares in the Company as Swan Housing Capital plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swan Housing Association.
