The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2021.

HIGHLIGHTS

-- Major revenue stream comprised of rental income, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 117.296 million, AED 145.374 million and AED 76.446 million respectively for the period ended 30 June 2021.

   --    Profit for the period ended 30 June 2021 amounted to AED 204.481 million. 
   --    As of 30 June 2021, the Company's total equity was AED 8,602 million. 
   --    Financial Summary for the reported period is as follows:
