On 16th November, 1998, TVK Rt. and PCG-Polyconsult AG signed the document
according to which they establish a company for developing and selling
thermoplastic compounds coming into effect on 1st January, 1999.  Based on the
current polypropylene production of TVK Rt, the company of HUF 822 mn share
capital, with headquarters in Tiszaujvaros, wants to develop stable market
positions by improved technical compund products in the field of automotive-,
electrical-, furniture- and construction industry.
