On February 27, 2009, TIIETMX Bonos, Series 2008-2 (the "Issuer") issued MXN 
55,000,000 face amount of Certificates. The Upsize Certificates are a further 
issuance of the MXN 70,000,000 face amount certificates (the "Original 
Certificates") (ISIN XS0398555341) issued on November 18, 2008. The Original 
Certificates have been listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority 
and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market. The 
original Prospectus relating to this upsize was approved by the UK Listing
