                       Alpha Airports Group Plc ("Alpha")

                   Management Reorganisation and Board Change


After a thorough review of opportunities for enhancing organisational
effectiveness, Alpha is introducing a more streamlined Board and senior
management structure.

Kevin Abbott, Chief Executive, will take additional direct responsibility for
the Alpha Flight Services businesses in the UK, Eire and Mainland Europe. David
King, Retail Director will take direct responsibility for all of Alpha's airport
duty-free businesses and also our airline retailing business, Alpha Inflight
Retail.

As a consequence of this re-organisation, Robert Stephenson's role as Alpha
Airports Group Plc Director with responsibility for Alpha Flight Services in the
UK, Eire and Mainland Europe has been made redundant and Robert has left the
Group with immediate effect. The Board thanks Robert for his significant
contribution to Alpha's progress and development.

In line with its normal practice, Alpha plans to announce an update on trading
on Friday 30 January 2004 before it goes into close period.

Commenting on these changes, Kevin Abbott, Chief Executive said:

"Having streamlined and refocused our Retail business in 2001, we have created a
business model that is seen to be successful for our customers, our people and
our shareholders. With this re-organisation, we are adopting the same approaches
for our Flight Services business."
