Result of General Meeting

Altitude Group Plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of the leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today both resolutions were duly passed (with 99.99% of votes cast in favour of both resolutions). Consequently, the proposed disposal of AdProducts Limited, the trading name for Customer Focus Interactive Imaging Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, can proceed and the Company expects the disposal to be completed later today.

Responses to questions submitted by shareholders prior to the meeting were discussed at the meeting and the

formal responses will be published later today on the Company's website -   www.altitudeplc.com .

As previously announced, Martin Varley will step down from Altitude's board with immediate effect upon completion of the disposal.

Keith Edelman, Non-Executive Chairman said:

"Following completion of the disposal Martin Varley steps down as a director. As a founder shareholder of the Group, Martin has put his heart and soul into the business, which remains his most significant investment. The Board thanks him for his enormous contribution over the past 16 years, and appreciate his willingness to consult with the Board as required."
