The Company was advised on 2 April 2009 that CLS Holdings plc, purchased between 
the 18th and 19th March 2009 3,872,500 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 at an average 
price per share of 26.03p. Following this purchase CLS Holdings plc has 
increased its shareholding in the Company to 17,396,287 ordinary shares in the 
Company, representing 43.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.
